Master

This builds on the content of the bachelor programme and includes fewer of the basic, plant, ecology and academic courses, focusing on more theory, planning, research and project design. The programme culminates in either a major design project and a final scientific research-based thesis or else a large element of practical training and a thesis based on research by design. The programme is also suitable for students with a bachelor degree in a subject close to landscape architecture, such as architecture, forestry, horticulture or geography. This programme can be taken entirely in English although some courses are available also in Estonian and the final thesis can be written and defended in Estonian or English.
